Blackstone Tactical Opportunities acquires Sustana Group

Blackstone Tactical Opportunities announced in December 2021 that it has acquired the Sustana Group. The Sustana Group manufactures premium, sustainable recycled fibre, paper and packaging products.

Sustana uses post-consumer materials and the high standards for environmental sustainability to produce a comprehensive suite of recycled fibre, paper and packaging solutions that are supplied across North America. It serves a wide customer base through facilities located in both Canada and the U.S. The company’s facilities feature energy-efficient systems, water conservation systems, wastewater treatment technology and recycling of process by-products.
